About Us
Primary Therapist, Owner
Bryce
Hi there! My name is Bryce Taylor. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Portland, OR. I work with individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, grief, or, significant life transitions. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or the aftermath of a traumatic experience, such as childhood abuse, sexual assault, or a traumatic loss. You could be dealing with feelings of estrangement or grappling with neurodivergence and may feel isolated, misunderstood, or, overwhelmed by your emotions. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and emotions and provide validation, understanding, and effective coping strategies to manage your symptoms.
I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, grief, and anxiety through a multi-modal approach that includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Theory. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences and develop new coping strategies.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to face life's challenges alone, and I'm here to support you in finding your way through. Together, we can create a path toward healing and growth that honors your unique experiences. If you're ready to take the next step, I'm here to walk alongside you on this journey.
When I am not at work I enjoy spending my time making pizza at home, hanging out with my cats, camping, and playing pinball. I also volunteer at William Temple House as a clinical supervisor weekly. I love that I have the opportunity to provide therapy to those who are struggling, I show up everyday knowing this work matters, it is my passion.
Associate Therapist
Wes Murph
Hello, my name is Wes Murph! If you want a supportive and easy-to-talk-to therapist, to help you achieve your values-based goals, we may be a good fit.
I help men, women and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem and relationship issues. I help parents build deeper connections with their children. I also help men resolve anger issues that may be interfering with their work and personal relationships.
I practice CBT, ACT and DBT. For clients who enjoy nature, I offer walk-and-talk therapy (aka ecotherapy) in Portland parks—blending movement, fresh air, and conversation that supports your mind and body. I also do teletherapy.
Before becoming a therapist, I owned two businesses—one was featured on The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan. I believe my background gives me a unique perspective into the pressure many of us face in our crazy-busy world.
I was a scholarship athlete at a Division I college. I’m also a father, husband, coach and lifelong learner.
I value family, health, growth, gratitude and authenticity. I believe humility is a superpower. And I strive to create a safe and collaborative space where you can grow.
If you feel we may be a good fit, email me and let’s schedule a 10 minute phone consultation. Thank you for getting to know me! If the stars align, maybe I’ll get to know you.
Associate Therapist
Jack Crownover
Hi there! My name is Jack Crownover. I am an associate therapist in Oregon, and I work with young adults, chronic people-pleasers, and parents who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients show up exhausted from carrying everyone else’s emotional weight. You might be struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or a relationship that no longer feels stable. You may feel pressure to keep the peace, stay “strong,” or take care of everyone else—yet inside, something feels off, and you’re not sure why.
I help clients who grew up in emotionally unpredictable or demanding environments, including those who experienced childhood emotional neglect, parentification, or trauma that was minimized or never discussed. You might feel responsible for others’ emotions, have trouble setting boundaries, or feel disconnected from your own needs. Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, understand your story, and reconnect with who you are beneath the survival strategies you learned growing up.
I specialize in treating childhood trauma, people-pleasing, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm using a multi-modal approach including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Therapy. My therapeutic style is collaborative, patient, and curious. Clients often describe me as someone who balances emotional depth with practical strategies. Some sessions explore past experiences that shaped your patterns; others focus on clear, actionable steps to help you move forward.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate life while carrying invisible emotional burdens from the past. You don’t have to keep doing it alone. If you're ready to understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels more grounded and intentional, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
